In With The New - Johnnie Walker 'Step. Right. Up'

Happy New Year!

I worked on the new Johnnie Walker ad at the tail end of 2017 in sunny Leith, with the pleasure of meeting/making up the beautiful Kate Bracken (Kate recently starred in the indie horror film Calibre which is brilliant, available on Netflix and recommended by Stephen King.)

I always look forward to seeing the finished article. Here it is, looking excellent.
Special thanks to LS Productions

This is Johnnie Walker Black Label. From the 4 corners of Scotland. And 6 generations of master blenders. The land and the people that shape this whisky all shape how bloody good it tastes. STEP. RIGHT. UP.

And among the most famous Scots traditions, you’ll find a few of our favorite textiles: Tartan plaids, Harris Tweeds, herringbone and Fair Isle. That’s why we traveled here—to study the history, the style and the culture of this captivating country.
