I get to meet the most remarkable people doing this job and what an absolute pleasure to be in the company of Sir Michael Parkinson, making him up for his stage performances on the Edinburgh leg of his tour. Lovely man.

Mairi and I were on duty for Shaninam Shaik's hair and make-up. We also had super duo The Made Up Team on board working their magic. Dream Team.

I worked on the new Johnnie Walker ad at the tail end of 2017 in sunny Leith, with the pleasure of meeting/making up the beautiful Kate Bracken (Kate recently starred in the indie horror film Calibre which is brilliant, available on Netflix and recommended by Stephen King.)
I always look forward to seeing the finished article. Here it is, looking excellent.

Destination.Scotland. Scotland is steeped in colorful customs and fables—from bagpipers in kilts to the wild Haggis and Nessie. And among the most famous Scots traditions, you’ll find a few of our favorite textiles: Tartan plaids, Harris Tweeds, herringbone and Fair Isle. That’s why we traveled here—to study the history, the style and the culture of this captivating country.
This was such crazy, fun shoot to do for i-on's Christmas issue featuring the incredible cast of La-Clique!

I don't mind getting up at 5am when it looks like this. Had the pleasure of making up the beautiful Amber Martinez who was recently chosen to wear the iconic black and red cloak as the brand new Scottish Widow.
I also worked with the cloak's previous owner – Hayley Hunt.
